SFI Chairman Eddie Chong to Showcase Web4 Vision at Switzerland’s Trust Circle Summit as AI and Sovereign Infrastructure Converge

CaesarBy CaesarMay 23, 20265 Mins Read

On May 29, 2026, Zug, Switzerland will host Trust Circle — a private, invitation-only summit dedicated to sovereign AI infrastructure, advanced computing, and the future architecture of decentralized digital economies. Organized by AI Cluster Zug and held at SHED Zug, the event will bring together only 100 carefully selected leaders from artificial intelligence, finance, blockchain, cybersecurity, and Web3 infrastructure.

Eddie Chong, Chairman of SFI (StableCoin Financial Infrastructure), will be among the featured keynote speakers, presenting the company’s expanding Web4 vision. SFI is a next-generation financial ecosystem built on stablecoin infrastructure, integrating AI systems, real-world assets (RWA), decentralized payments, and autonomous digital value networks.

His participation underscores SFI’s rising global profile and marks a key milestone in its ongoing expansion across Europe. During the summit, he will join senior representatives from NVIDIA Switzerland, Julius Baer, the Zug Cantonal government, and leading Web3 organizations for the official soft launch of AI Cluster Zug.

Switzerland Advances Toward Sovereign AI Leadership

The launch of AI Cluster Zug signals a strategic push by Switzerland to strengthen its position in sovereign AI development and next-generation digital infrastructure.

As global competition accelerates in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, governments and regions are increasingly focused on building independent, secure, and compliant AI ecosystems. Switzerland, already a global leader in financial regulation and blockchain innovation, is now extending its capabilities into AI infrastructure and decentralized digital systems.

Through AI Cluster Zug, the country aims to deepen collaboration between policymakers, academic institutions, and private-sector innovators, laying the foundation for long-term AI-driven economic growth.

Eddie Chong’s participation highlights the increasing relevance of SFI’s Web4 framework within this evolving landscape. In his keynote address, he is expected to outline how AI computing networks and decentralized financial systems must evolve in parallel to support autonomous, machine-driven economies.

In his view, AI infrastructure acts as the cognitive engine of AI Agents, while stablecoin-based payment systems form the transactional layer that enables these agents to operate independently across global digital ecosystems.

Trust Circle is set to become one of the first high-level international forums where sovereign AI infrastructure and Web4 financial architecture are discussed as a unified system.

High-Profile Global Leaders Gather in Zug

The summit will bring together influential figures from government, AI infrastructure, institutional finance, cybersecurity, and Web3 ecosystems, creating a rare cross-sector collaboration platform.

    Government and Policy Leadership

Silvia Thalmann-Gut, Zug’s Cantonal Minister of Economic Affairs, will attend the summit, reinforcing Switzerland’s commitment to innovation in AI, blockchain, and digital infrastructure. Her presence also strengthens SFI’s engagement with European regulatory and policy frameworks.

    AI and Computing Infrastructure Leaders

Marc Stampfli, NVIDIA Switzerland’s business leader, is expected to participate in discussions on AI computing scalability and infrastructure development. Leaders from Inacta Ventures, including Ivo Strohhammer and Ralf Glabischnig, will also attend, reflecting strong ecosystem support from Switzerland’s Web3 and innovation community.

    Institutional Finance and Capital Markets

Representatives from leading financial institutions will also be present. Jonathan Theodore Hayes of Julius Baer and Dr. Dmitriy Antropov of Partners Group will contribute insights on AI-driven investment strategies, infrastructure financing, and institutional adoption of emerging technologies.

Their participation may open new pathways for SFI in capital markets, strategic partnerships, and global financial integration.

    Security, Compliance, and Digital Trust

With regulatory frameworks becoming increasingly critical in both AI and blockchain sectors, cybersecurity and compliance experts will play a key role at the summit. Mathias Fuchs from InfoGuard and Guido Schmitz-Krummacher from the Onchain Foundation are expected to contribute expertise on digital trust systems, blockchain governance, and European compliance standards.

    Web3 and Distributed Infrastructure Innovators

Kamal Youssefi, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Hashgraph Ventures and a founding council member of Hedera, will also participate, further strengthening the bridge between established Web3 infrastructure and emerging Web4 financial ecosystems such as SFI.

The convergence of these leaders reflects a broader industry shift toward integrated AI, blockchain, and decentralized financial systems.

SFI to Present Its Full Web4 Ecosystem Architecture

Eddie Chong’s keynote will also spotlight SFI’s comprehensive Web4 ecosystem design, which is built to support the rise of AI-native economies.

At its core, SFI operates as a stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure that connects payments, investments, real-world assets, and digital commerce into a unified value network.

    Key ecosystem components include:

    • Solulu Pay
    • Solulu Club
    • Caviar
    • COPX DAO
    • RWA Incubator
    • RWA Exchange

Together, these modules create a closed-loop system that integrates asset creation, liquidity, payments, consumption, and value appreciation within a decentralized framework.

Chong is also expected to discuss the transformation of AI Agents into autonomous economic entities capable of executing transactions, managing assets, and participating in digital markets without human intervention.

Within this paradigm, stablecoin infrastructure becomes a foundational layer for enabling machine-to-machine commerce and AI-driven financial ecosystems.

Trust Circle provides one of the earliest global stages for SFI to present this integrated Web4 vision to policymakers, institutional investors, AI infrastructure leaders, and blockchain innovators.

A Defining Moment for SFI’s Global Expansion Strategy

For SFI, participation in Trust Circle represents a strategic milestone in its journey toward building global trust infrastructure and scaling its international ecosystem.

The event is expected to accelerate discussions around regulatory alignment, institutional collaboration, infrastructure partnerships, and AI-enabled financial systems across Europe.

Following the summit, SFI will focus on several key strategic priorities:

    • Expanding Solulu Pay’s European payment infrastructure
    • Strengthening compliance frameworks for RWA-based products
    • Advancing AI Agent economic applications
    • Scaling the RWA Incubator and Exchange ecosystem
    • Building deeper partnerships with global AI and infrastructure providers

As sovereign AI, Web3, and decentralized finance continue to converge, SFI is positioning itself at the intersection of these transformative technologies.

With Zug serving as a strategic gateway into Europe’s innovation ecosystem, the company’s next phase of growth will emphasize compliance-first expansion, global collaboration, and AI-powered economic infrastructure development.
